Platinum Auto Care (“Platinum Auto Care,” “we,” “us”) is a mobile auto detailing business serving the Tampa Bay area. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, contact us, or book a service, and what we do with it. The legal entity is Platinum Auto Care LLC.
Information you give us
- Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write.
- Online booking. The vehicle type, package and add-ons you choose on this site, and - when you pick a time - your name, email, phone number, the address where you want the service, and your vehicle’s year, make and model.
- Calls and texts. If you call or text us at 813-409-6173, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically
- Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
- Spam and bot protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated bots.
- Your browser’s local storage. The site remembers your booking progress and whether you dismissed a banner, on your own device, so you do not have to start over. This site’s own code does not set cookies. The scheduling calendar and bot protection are provided by third parties and may use their own.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and give you a quote.
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule and perform your detail, including coming to the address you give us.
- To send your invoice and appointment messages.
- To keep the site working, secure and free of spam.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your service.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the business, and only what they need to do that job:
- TechBridge Digital LLC, which builds and hosts this website and runs the systems that receive contact-form messages and bookings.
- Vercel, which hosts the website and provides the analytics described above.
- Cloudflare, which provides bot protection and stores the site’s images.
- Our email provider, to send you invoices and messages.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
Text messages
If you text us, we will reply about your service. We do not share your mobile number or text-message information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. If you ever want us to stop texting you, reply STOP or tell us, and we will.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you, handle your account, and meet tax and legal obligations. Contact-form messages that do not turn into a booking are kept only as long as they are useful for following up.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Contact us using the details below. You can also clear this site’s local storage at any time through your browser settings.
Children
Our services are for adults, and this site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
